RAD DADS is a digital and community-based platform dedicated to enriching the fatherhood experience from pregnancy through the early years. Where neuroscience meets fatherhood, we promote active involvement in parenting by supporting both dads and children's emotional and cognitive growth through relational adventure. Every risk taken together strengthens the bond that lasts a lifetime. We foster meaningful community connections through local meetups and our digital hub, empowering fathers to build brave kids while developing deeper, lasting relationships..

RAD DADS FRAMEWORK

RAD DADS is grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and the Circle of Security framework, recognizing that fathers play a critical role as co-regulators and secure bases who support children's brain development and emotional resilience through attuned, adventurous play and relational risk-taking.
